Ratchanon (Vee) Boongsrithong is a type designer based in The Hague, originally from Bangkok, Thailand. He started his career as a graphic designer and later went to ECAL in Lausanne, Switzerland to study type design after discovering his interest in typography and typefaces. His practice focuses on typeface design and lettering, exploring how language shapes typographic voice. He works primarily across Thai and Latin scripts, developing type systems, logotypes, and custom lettering for cultural and commercial contexts. His work has been recognized by the Type Directors Club in New York and the Tokyo Type Directors Club.
